SHIPPING

Bakehouse Boutique will deliver Australia wide using Australia Post. We can also deliver internationally on request. Please contact us for all international orders before placing your order to discuss your needs.

Whilst all care is taken when packaging goods, should anything in your package be damaged during transit please advise us within two working days of receipt of goods to discuss your situation.

Any damaged products that are the fault of Australia Post need to be left as they were delivered to you and taken to your local Australia Post branch for a claim to be filed.

If you have received a faulty garment in your on-line order please call us on 08 9821 1005 to arrange an immediate replacement, repair or refund.

All postage and handling costs are capped at $9.90 per order.

We endeavor to have all orders dispatched within 1 working day of your order being placed once payment has been cleared into our account.

RETURNS

We are happy to accept returns that have not been worn and have the original tags still attached. On receiving your returned item we will gladly send you a replacement garment if it's available or a shop credit which will be valid for 12 months (excluding freight fee). You can return your on-line purchase by posting it back to Bakehouse Jeanery, 102 Clive Street, Katanning WA 6317.

Please return your item(s) within 14 days of your original purchase date. After 14 days, we cannot accept returns for any reason other than manufacturing defects.
